Drive to have ‘O’ Licensing by April 2012
It’s emerged O Licensing here should be operative by April 2012. The news was given to local hauliers during a recent RHA organised meeting addressed by Donald Armstrong, from the DoE’s Road Safety Policy Branch.
The Bill completed its passage
through the Stormont Assembly in December past and should
become an Act early this year.
