The IRHA has a new President. Eoin Gavin from Bunratty in Co Clare was elected at the recent 38th Annual General Meeting of the Association.
Eoin has been a long standing member of the Association and for many years has been heavily involved at council and management level. There was overwhelming support for Eoin’s election as President during this very difficult time for the industry.
Eoin has been extremely active in his first weeks in office and has already been successful in holding a briefing session with the Irish Minister for Transport Leo Varadkar to outline the Association’s ‘Five Point Plan.’ It also provided a sound platform to facilitate progress with the Minister and his Department on matters of concern over the coming two years.
